Software Development Manager (Remote from Estonia)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of software development experience At least 2 years in a leadership or management role Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams Proven experience delivering complex projects Strong technical background with experience in Python Strong technical background with experience in React Strong technical background with experience in relational and NoSQL databases Solid understanding of large-scale system design Solid understanding of big data architectures Experience working with agile development methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
