5+ years in QA/SDET roles, ideally with ERP/CRM or other complex business systems Practical experience automating tests against D365 and/or Power Platform Strong understanding of regression vs smoke vs integration testing Comfortable scripting test automation Fluent as a hands-on SDET

Defines the QA strategy, tooling, and standards for D365, Power Platform, and key integrations Builds and maintains automated regression suites for critical end-to-end flows Personally designs and writes a core set of automated tests Plans and coordinates test cycles with India devs and US product owners Tracks quality metrics and drives continuous improvement
