9-13 years of professional software engineering experience 2-3 years managing and building engineering teams Strong background in software development with proficiency in Java Familiarity with database technologies (relational, cloud-based, NoSQL) Experience with infrastructure, orchestration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Terraform, Docker)

Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing engineering team Participate in code reviews and provide technical leadership Define, enforce, and continuously improve development and review processes Collaborate with product and engineering teams for feature delivery Contribute to cross-team initiatives and engineering-wide projects Foster a collaborative, autonomous, and inclusive team culture Monitor team performance and drive accountability
