Represents the Application Operations / Development team on active projects. Participates in daily application operations / development stand-up meetings. Follows established procedures for change management. Documents and maintains standard operating procedures. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to API services, databases, and backend systems. Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to develop and deliver software. Support assessments of internal systems and processes. Support technology reviews for common code and technologies. Support adoption of cutting-edge technology. Configure and update client-facing applications per requirements and MLR guidelines. Creates WIKI articles for common processes. Configure Single Sign On integrations. Support the development of product unit tests. Measures application development key performance indicators. Work with the Product Team to support and implement new application enhancements and features. Ensures all application changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines. Interact with end users, internal users, development vendors, data analysts, and other engagement team members.
