Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, operations analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one of: SQL, Python, or R. Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools. Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with incomplete data. Clear communication skills and ability to present insights concisely. Curiosity about supply chain and interest in learning how data supports forecasting, inventory, sourcing, and product availability. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary owner for supply chain data (sales, inventory, POs, invoicing, etc.). Own the development and maintenance of supply chain KPI metrics. Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports. Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into recommendations. Collaborate on building the internal data hub. Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities.
