Software Engineer : Core Team (Remote)

Strong foundation in computer science (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, systems design). Experience building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability backend systems. Experience designing and operating backend infrastructure (deployment automation, capacity planning, observability). Comfort working across different layers of the stack. Enjoy learning new technologies and tools in a fast-moving, large-scale environment. Collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, ownership-driven team culture.

Build and operate foundational systems for the in-house search engine. Design, build, and maintain critical infrastructure and services. Ensure performance, stability, and reliability of the platform. Work across different layers of the stack, from code to production operations.
