Requirements:
English level C1 or higher. Excellent communication skills in Spanish. Strong phone communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage candidates and recruitment pipelines using Breezy HR. Review and evaluate resumes according to assigned job openings. Conduct the initial screening call with candidates as part of the pre-selection process. Receive, organize, and follow up on required documents and assessments. Use multiple sourcing platforms to contact candidates (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Torre.ai, etc.). Screen and evaluate candidates through video interviews. Track case deadlines and ensure timely progress throughout the hiring process.
