Full Stack Software Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with C#, Python, and Kotlin. Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and full-stack development is a plus. Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Storage, Databases). Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) knowledge is a bonus. Understanding of workflow automation tools like n8n or equivalent platforms. Basic-to-intermediate experience integrating AI/ML features (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Bedrock, OpenAI, Claude, Vertex). Awareness of data security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA). Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside product teams, clinicians, and other engineers. Must be based in New York. 3-5 years of software engineering experience (for early mid-level candidates). Demonstrated expertise in C# and Python, with a track record of building scalable, maintainable backend systems (for early mid-level candidates). Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and advanced cloud services is preferred (for early mid-level candidates).

Build and maintain core backend services in C#, Python, and Android applications using Kotlin. Integrate advanced AI and LLM capabilities into key product features and workflows. Utilize n8n (or similar tools) to automate data pipelines and operational processes. Work with product and compliance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Participate in architectural discussions, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. Continuously refine code, infrastructure, and workflows to support rapid growth, adaptability, and innovation.
