High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or administration is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Strong communication skills, able to work well within a team environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain integrity.
