Qualified lawyer (J.D. or equivalent) with active bar membership 10–15 years of legal experience At least 3 years focused on blockchain, digital assets, or fintech Strong grasp of securities regulation, token classification, AML/KYC frameworks, and data protection laws Experience supporting token launches, DAOs, validator networks, or Web3 commercial ecosystems (preferred) Ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a high-growth, early-stage environment Passion for blockchain and the evolution of digital economies

Advise on all legal aspects of blockchain operations Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements Monitor regulatory developments across major jurisdictions Guide ongoing token compliance, treasury management, and secondary-market activity Ensure product launches and ecosystem initiatives align with global legal standards Manage external counsel relationships Build internal legal frameworks, policies, and document templates Advise leadership on regulatory risk, compliance exposure, and strategic opportunities
