Lead Full-Stack Engineer

5+ years of experience in full-stack development At least 2 years in a technical leadership role Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar) Experience with SQL databases, ORM tools, and GraphQL Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies Strong communication skills in English Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST)

Design and implement full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and Python Build and maintain scalable APIs and data models using SQL and ORM tools Drive technical decision-making while balancing business and architectural needs Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers Optimize application performance and ensure high availability Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment Lead and mentor a team of engineers through code reviews and technical guidance Stay current with emerging tools and AI-driven development practices
