4+ years as a design practitioner Hands-on with a strong focus on digital (designing) Experienced in directing complex, commercial, design projects involving senior stakeholders and interdisciplinary creative teams Strong experience across multiple industries Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to design details Exceptional pure graphic design and typography skills Deep technical design skills in one or more discipline (e.g., Content Creation, Design for Digital, Brand Immersion, Events, Design for Print, User Experience) Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including outside the design team Proven ability to effectively manage creative teams Director level written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, and other related software Be a driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player Mentor, develop and/or line manage the team Experience on beauty brands (good to have) Multi-market experience (good to have) Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies (good to have)
