Manage assigned national grocery accounts to drive revenue growth, retention, and category development. Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze POS data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and make recommendations. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key account stakeholders. Own account results, including revenue, profit, trade spend, and marketing execution. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain) for operational excellence. Prepare and deliver presentations, sales forecasts, and account performance reviews. Negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements with key accounts. Resolve disputes and ensure timely collection of receivables. Conduct face-to-face selling and travel frequently to customer locations.
