4-7+ years of professional experience in campaigning, advocacy, strategic communications, or related fields in Indonesia. Experience co-leading or owning key parts of campaigns, from strategy through to delivery. Strong familiarity with Indonesia’s media landscape, civil society ecosystem, and public discourse. Interest and experience working across multiple issue areas (climate, energy, democracy, social justice, gender, intersectional approaches are a plus). Demonstrated experience in on-ground engagement, digital campaigns, and creative or narrative-driven work. Ability to develop clear and relevant campaign messaging that resonates with Indonesian audiences and contexts. Strong analytical and planning skills. Solid writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Working proficiency in English. Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in highly cross-functional teams. Confidence in liaising with external stakeholders independently. Openness to feedback and learning.
