2-3 years minimum experience in a client-facing role in M&A, finance, accounting, or consulting Some M&A transactional experience is needed Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Finance, Business Accounting (or a similar discipline) is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and analyze financial statements High level of proficiency in MS Excel Proven organization and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently, remotely, and stay motivated Can execute without always needing supportive coaching Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Positive thinking
