Manage a mix of IT and operational projects Work with various teams across business and technology departments, as well as external vendors Support research and implementation of Flowbird and ParkMobile hub systems integration Oversee the procurement and implementation of a new tool within Park, Easy, and Flowbird Manage the migration of existing contracts to the new tool Facilitate integration of additional features such as DocuSign and CLM tools Understand and align project goals with the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy Collaborate with the PMO team to enhance templates, processes, and overall efficiency
