Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred 3+ years of remote work experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing Proven experience working in e-commerce or product-based environments Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for campaign execution, automation, and performance optimization Strong copywriting skills, particularly for promotional, lifecycle, and retention emails Experience collaborating with sales, customer support, or revenue teams to support lead nurturing and customer engagement Strong written English communication skills Technically comfortable working with multiple marketing tools and platforms
