Lead Software Engineer

Strong experience building backend systems using Python Hands-on expertise in frameworks such as FastAPI Solid understanding of data modeling and storage using PostgreSQL Experience working with vector databases Proven ability to design and operate data pipelines and event-driven or queue-based architectures Experience working with cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure Familiarity with observability and tracing concepts Exposure to modern AI/LLM ecosystems and tooling such as LangChain is a strong advantage Comfortable working with TypeScript for APIs, services, or supporting systems Strong system design skills A product-minded engineer who enjoys early-stage environments, ambiguity, and direct ownership Excellent communication skills

Own and evolve the core backend architecture Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reliable systems Develop and manage APIs and services Architect and operate data pipelines, storage layers, and integrations Work with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) Implement and optimize observability, tracing, and monitoring Collaborate closely with the founder on product decisions and architecture Engage with users and internal stakeholders to understand needs Set engineering best practices Contribute to technical roadmaps
