2-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related role Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Experience working with HR systems and tools (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, Notion) Strong customer-service mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented approach Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment Process-driven and obsessed with making things work smoothly for employees Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and discretion Experience supporting a global workforce, including employees across multiple countries and time zones Collaborative team player who is eager to learn from others and grow quickly
