4+ years of experience working in a similar marketing operations role Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field (Marketing, Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology) Operationally and analytically minded Experience working on a marketing or operations team Understanding of marketing operations Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets or willing to learn new tools Excellent organizational, project management, and execution skills Experience examining quantitative data, drawing insightful conclusions, and reporting findings Must be able to clearly present and communicate findings from analysis and results to stakeholders
