Own end‑to‑end integration delivery: scope, design, build, test, and deploy integrations. Support the CTO in running the integration process: gather requirements, structure tasks, manage execution, and deliver projects on schedule. Design integration solutions: architect flows using Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, and SQL; document with UML, DFD, ERD, and BRD. Control project execution daily: plan sprints, track progress, remove blockers, and find workarounds. Manage stakeholders and scope: communicate clearly, align priorities, and prevent scope creep. Drive Agile/Scrum for integrations: run ceremonies, manage backlogs in YouTrack, and report status. Monitor and stabilize production: use Grafana and observability tools. Take full responsibility for deadlines.
