Product Marketing Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a web or mobile consumer app environment (B2C). Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance measurement. Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Proficiency in SQL and strong command of Excel or equivalent analytical tools. Practical experience with growth marketing concepts, funnel analysis, and optimization experiments. Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes. Ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Collect, clean, and validate marketing and product performance data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs. Calculate and interpret core business metrics. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights. Support A/B tests, funnel optimization, and growth experiments. Collaborate cross-functionally to define analytics requirements. Conduct trend and predictive analyses. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
