Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a Product Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a web or mobile consumer app environment, primarily within the B2C segment Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance measurement Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) Proficiency in SQL and strong command of Excel or equivalent analytical tools Practical experience with growth marketing concepts, funnel analysis, and optimization experiments Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes Ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
