8+ years of software development experience 5+ years of blockchain architecture and engineering experience Proven experience in designing and architecting Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols Mastery of programming in Golang, Rust, and/or C++ In-depth understanding of blockchain fundamentals Strong knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and secure protocol design Extensive experience with EVM-compatible blockchains Extensive hands-on experience of non-EVM chains such as Solana and Cosmos Hands-on experience with decentralized storage (IPFS), oracle services, and cross-chain bridges Expertise in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and back-end development Strong exposure to AI/ML frameworks, deep learning, or large language models (LLMs) Familiarity with Node.js and Python Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) Demonstrated ability to design for scalability and performance Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

Architect, design, and guide the implementation of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols tailored for AI-driven workloads. Define the technical roadmap and ensure architectural alignment with business objectives. Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural blueprints. Mentor and support engineering teams in building EVM-compatible and non-EVM blockchain platforms. Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and fault tolerance across blockchain and AI pipelines. Mentor and guide development teams on blockchain best practices, patterns, and standards. Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability. Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and implementation practices to ensure long-term platform relevance.
