Native German language level and proficient English to business level. 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales. High-reaching, tenacious, and goal-oriented professional. Well-honed discovery skills; asking questions and relating concepts to prospects. Passionate about hospitality and technology. Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry strongly preferred. Skilled at communicating new points of view to customers. Outstanding negotiating skills. Passionate about using data and analytics to advise decision-making. Strong time management and presentation skills. Proficient in the use of Google Suite and Salesforce CRM. Responsibilities:
Target, identify, and approach prospective restaurant customers. Champion and build relationships with existing top restaurants. Provide high-quality, data-driven in-person and online demos. Drive revenue by connecting with restaurateurs and building opportunities. Educate operators about industry trends and offer insights. Generate business and strategic plans for selling. Strategically overcome objections and competition. Over achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets. Utilize customer experience to evolve the sales process and product. Provide and present customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams. Utilize Salesforce to own territory, stay organized, forecast sales, and process contracts. Develop enhanced product knowledge and expert data tools knowledge. Be visible in the hospitality industry through networking and events.
