Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role focused on Salesforce implementations. Proven experience leading multi-phase Salesforce implementation projects. Hands-on experience with one or more of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-driven and resourceful.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Advise clients on Salesforce best practices. Develop and manage detailed project plans. Oversee a portfolio of approximately 10–20 concurrent projects. Manage scope and budget, including change requests. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Perform basic Salesforce administrative tasks.
