MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Active ABIM certification in Endocrinology. Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience as an Endocrinologist. Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care. Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research. Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms. An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license in at least one of the following states: Illinois, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Complete required trainings and adhere to company policies. Promote preventative care and overall well-being. Maintain accurate patient records. Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week. Handle charting, patient questions, and administrative tasks.
