Creative Designer (Remote from Indonesia)

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative content, or visual communication; experience in crypto, fintech, or tech industries is a strong plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and storytelling ability across digital media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma. Solid understanding of Web3 culture, blockchain concepts, and online community aesthetics. Skilled in using AI design tools to enhance creative workflows. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Develop and execute creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and events. Design engaging digital assets including banners, infographics, short animations, and promotional materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into compelling visual storytelling. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while exploring new creative directions. Support UI/UX design needs for websites, landing pages, or in-app visuals as required. Stay up to date with design trends, Web3 culture, and emerging tools to innovate visual communication.
