Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners in the pre-sales process. Participate in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP response, design documentation, and enablement sessions. Develop subject matter expertise on customer needs and Twilio's communications technology. Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand needs and articulate Twilio's solutions. Build and present complex presentations and product demos. Support Key strategic Pilot and Proof-of-Concept implementations in Enterprise accounts.
