Middle Manual QA Engineer (US working hours)

2+ years of overall QA experience In-depth knowledge of test metrics, approaches, and best practices Backend testing experience (API testing, hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL etc.)) Experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (TestRail or similar) Extensive DB knowledge (JOINs, aggregate functions, types of relations) Ability to work during US hours (15.00 - 24.00 UA time) Application log tracing and troubleshooting (Datadog, ELK or similar) Experience with Postman, Swagger (for API testing and documentation) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Intermediate strong level of English

Collaborate with QA and developers to understand requirements and identify test cases for automation. Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks. Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects. Participate in test plan creation and test case design. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Perform test data preparation and set up automation testing environments. Contribute to the enhancement of test automation frameworks and infrastructure. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges. Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in test automation and QA.
