Requirements:
6+ years of experience in backend and frontend software development Significant experience building trading platforms (DEX, CEX, HFT, or similar) Expert-level proficiency with React and modern frontend state management Strong experience with high-performance data visualization and real-time UI components Solid backend engineering skills with Go or similar systems languages Experience building WebSocket architectures and backend-for-frontend patterns Deep understanding of real-time data streaming, order management systems, and trading UI/UX patterns Experience with component library development Proven consulting/contracting experience or startup/agency background Deep expertise with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Advise and consult founders on building sophisticated trading platforms Architect and develop high-performance trading UIs Build and maintain backend proxy layers and APIs Design and implement component libraries Integrate with existing APIs, data distribution layers, and trading infrastructure Uplevel client engineering teams through mentorship Lead technical strategy discussions with clients Experiment with cutting-edge tools and contribute to open source
