Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, information systems, engineering or related field (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education). 8+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and/or SAM modules. Familiarity with asset lifecycle processes, license models, and IT asset governance. Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid frameworks as well as backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile). Proficiency in user story writing, backlog management, and UAT processes. Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills. Experience working in supporting a federal agency via government contract. US Citizen or Green card holder Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance Must meet updated ID requirements and be willing and able to update current forms of ID. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification (Nice to Have). ServiceNow BA or HAM/SAM certifications (Nice to Have). Experience with the ServiceNow Test Management and Automated Test Framework (ATF) (Nice to Have). Experience working with ServiceNow Discovery, Flexera, or related asset/license tools (Nice to Have). Experience creating process maps and functional documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio (Nice to Have).
