Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), funnel testing, landing page optimisation and registration flow enhancement. Strong expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including ideation, execution and analysis. Demonstrated understanding of behavioural drivers, UX principles, and digital friction analysis. Experience optimising first purchase journeys or equivalent early lifecycle commercial funnels. Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar. Experience partnering with Product, Acquisition and CRM teams in fast-paced digital environments. Practical knowledge of CMS, CRM, marketing automation and personalisation tools. Understanding of online gaming behaviours and key KPIs influencing early lifecycle conversion.
