Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (SCSS/Tailwind).
- Proven experience or strong interest in UX/UI design, including wireframing, user flows, and interface aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, build processes, and performance optimization.
- Experience launching web applications from scratch or modernizing legacy frontend systems.
- Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g., Material UI) and testing frameworks (e.g., Storybook).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile, remote, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong eye for design, usability, accessibility, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-friendly, high-performance, and scalable web interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to deliver polished user experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend systems and APIs while contributing to overall system design.
- Apply UX/UI principles to craft wireframes, mockups, and design decisions balancing usability, accessibility, and business goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing best practices to elevate frontend and UX competencies.
- Participate in code reviews, frontend architecture decisions, and performance optimization efforts.
- Ensure responsive design and adherence to accessibility standards across all applications.
