Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided (California)
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Patient-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings
- Review and sign patient clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Maintain clinic records and document all services
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families
- Participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team
- Participate in supervision and ongoing education
- Provide case management services
- Perform other duties as assigned
