Requirements:
12+ years of overall professional working experience At least 3 years at a reputable law firm 5+ years in-house at a high growth technology company Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school Membership in good standing in a U.S. State Bar Demonstrated expertise in U.S. privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR familiarity) Experience counseling on adtech, data use, and measurement in media/marketing contexts Depth in advertising & marketing law, commercial contracting, and data privacy Comfortable working in an AI-forward environment
Responsibilities:
