Applied AI Field Engineer

3+ years of experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions. Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Anthropic), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Proficiency in prompt engineering. Proven track record in a customer-facing role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Business Analyst). Comfort working with unstructured data (documents, emails, chats). Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer pains and translate them into AI automation designs. Design and configure Proofs of Concept using drag-and-drop workflow builders and AI tools. Educate customers on prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI governance. Provide feedback to Product Management on user interface and agent capabilities.
