Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in B2B tech, or digital services.
- Strong skills in content creation, editing, and storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn or similar social channels.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analysis.
- Experience working with U.S.-based markets or global companies. (Nice to Have)
- Hands-on experience with Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools. (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content including sales collateral, public content, and thought leadership pieces.
- Partner with Delivery and Sales teams to turn project outcomes into strong case studies.
- Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks and positioning guidelines.
- Own LinkedIn strategy for corporate channels and leadership amplification.
- Plan, create, and schedule posts to strengthen brand visibility and generate engagement.
- Coordinate social campaigns tied to service lines, vertical strategies, partnerships, and talent branding.
- Track and optimize content performance.
- Implement and maintain dashboards to track marketing KPIs.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership.
- Recommend optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights.
