Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in B2B tech, or digital services.
  • Strong skills in content creation, editing, and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn or similar social channels.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analysis.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based markets or global companies. (Nice to Have)
  • Hands-on experience with Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools. (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content including sales collateral, public content, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Partner with Delivery and Sales teams to turn project outcomes into strong case studies.
  • Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks and positioning guidelines.
  • Own LinkedIn strategy for corporate channels and leadership amplification.
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts to strengthen brand visibility and generate engagement.
  • Coordinate social campaigns tied to service lines, vertical strategies, partnerships, and talent branding.
  • Track and optimize content performance.
  • Implement and maintain dashboards to track marketing KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership.
  • Recommend optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights.
