Staff Software Engineer, Data Systems (Python)

Solid understanding of data processing needs for real-time and batch systems. Experience with SQL / Java / Scala / Spark / Python. Experience designing and deploying high-performance systems with reliable monitoring and logging. Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools and practices. 8+ plus years of experience.

Scope, build, and iterate high-value solutions with customers and internal teams. Provide technical leadership and drive long-term technical strategy. Build and maintain data ingestion pathways. Own and implement data/infrastructure engineering aspects end-to-end. Optimize data pipeline architecture for readability, maintainability, and cost. Integrate with machine learning and data science systems. Maintain and augment infrastructure to scale the platform. Write technical documentation.
