Complete administrative work including document review, pathology filing, EPS, prescription review etc. Complete telephone appointments Issue prescriptions, fit notes, referrals, and safety-netting advice Triage patient requests Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately Adapt to different clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne) and local processes Accurately document consultations in line with GMC and practice standards Audit the work of the rest of the team, including other GPs, pharmacists and care coordinators
