Manage specific programs within corporate objectives and report key metrics. Drive alignment and transparency through collection and reporting of key objectives. Program management for the Engineering organization, including goal definition and execution reporting. Set up and manage CTO customer and partner calls, capturing action items. Manage M&A operations, including organization and communication. Facilitate CTO outreach via roundtables and skip-level 1:1s. Drive cross-functional preparation for senior leadership meetings, managing agenda and materials. Liaise with program management across the organization on cross-functional objectives.
