Degree in Statistics, Marketing, or a related field 2-5 years of experience within product teams Proficiency in Figma, or similar prototyping tools Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R or SPSS Proficiency and understanding of parametric and non-parametric statistical tests Proficiency with survey platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Typeform SQL skills to query databases and build dashboards Strong facilitation ability Ability to translate statistical concepts into clear narratives Critical thinking and ability to check for bias
