Requirements:
- Experience as an Integrated Designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio.
- Proven Integrated Designer portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of traditional and AI-assisted projects.
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
- Critical eye for detail to analyze and correct GenAI-generated outputs.
- Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying GenAI integration points.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation and asset generation.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion/animation a plus).
- Strong retouching skills.
- Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and efficient project management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and adapting to creative technologies.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Optimistic and adaptable mindset regarding GenAI opportunities and ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
- Design, layout, and refine digital marketing assets using GenAI tools.
- Develop assets for various social media platforms using the Pencil platform.
- Take client briefs through all steps including ideation, concept, and generation.
- Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts.
- Implement brand guidelines and ensure visual quality.
- Respond constructively to feedback and iterate designs rapidly.
- Present work to internal teams, explaining GenAI's contribution.
- Stay up-to-date with design and GenAI trends.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output.
- Continuously research and experiment with new GenAI tools.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of finished assets.
