Minimum 2 years in project management, project controls, or construction management (or similar in Construction Technology). Confident communicator, especially verbally. Proactive and unafraid to challenge and guide difficult conversations. Excellent relationship-building skills. High motivation to delight customers. Very strong organizational skills.

Ensure clients derive maximum value from nPlan. Understand customer needs to exceed expectations. Develop client engagement and support strategies. Onboard clients and provide ongoing support. Empower customers to self-serve using nPlan. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify opportunities to expand and improve nPlan's offering. Coordinate with account teams for optimal delivery. Advise clients on project schedules using data-driven insights.
