Tax Sr. Manager (3x #1 Best Firm to Work for)

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with an accounting certificate. Minimum of 10 years of increasing levels of responsibility in tax. Active CPA certification. Prior tax experience with Partnerships, S-Corps, and Pass-Through Entities. Demonstrably strong leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Ability to interact well in a team environment and work independently. Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation (preferred). Strong understanding of tax technology; Axcess Tax/Engagement and paperless environment experience is a plus (preferred). Successful business development skills with a proven track record is a plus (preferred).

Lead and manage technically complex tax engagements. Consult, plan, and handle compliance projects for pass-through entities and C corps. Lead the tax preparation team, providing guidance and direction. Assist clients with planning and ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax returns. Ensure team engagement and assist in developing team members' goals. Deliver quality internal and external client service. Focus on creative problem-solving and timely decision-making.
