15+ years of experience in product management. At least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within healthcare technology or a SaaS environment. Proven track record of defining and launching successful products. Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and Agile methodologies. Deep understanding of healthcare industry requirements, including regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA). Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Define and drive overall product strategy and roadmap. Lead product management team in ideation, development, and launch of innovative solutions. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing for cohesive product planning and execution. Oversee market research and competitive analysis. Manage product lifecycle from concept through release. Establish KPIs to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making. Ensure product offerings meet regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA). Develop and foster strong relationships with customers and partners. Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team.
