Senior AI Engineer (Europe)

Minimum of 5 years in software development, including at least 2 years in AI/ML engineering or related fields. Proven experience deploying LLMs and RAG solutions in production environments. Expertise in building and managing data pipelines for AI/ML workflows. Strong programming skills in Python. Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of database management, data wrangling, and distributed systems. Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data science principles. Ability to promote AI adoption and influence stakeholders.

Implementing the company’s AI strategy and leading AI initiatives across teams. Designing, developing, and deploying LLM and RAG-based AI solutions. Building and managing data pipelines for training and inference. Integrating AI capabilities into products, workflows, and business processes. Identifying areas where AI can deliver measurable impact. Educating stakeholders on AI applications. Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to scale AI solutions.
