Staff QA Engineer - Poland

8+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on both manual and automated testing Proficiency in Java for automation framework development and maintenance Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (i.e., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit) Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools ( i.e. Gitlab, Github) Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (i.e., JIRA, TestRail) Experience with LambdaTest or similar AI Testing tools A strong passion for using AI technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience Proven leadership experience within a QA organization Strong ownership mindset Fluency in Polish and English Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases Build and maintain automated test suites Perform manual testing on new product features and regression testing Work with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and troubleshoot complex issues Document test cases, processes, and defects Implement and improve existing QA methodologies Collaborate with product and engineering teams Track quality assurance metrics Mentor and coach QA engineers Review and improve existing automated testing frameworks and tools Communicate test results clearly Lead technical initiatives across squads Drive cross-team quality improvements and influence architectural decisions Provide technical leadership for automation projects and framework evolution Take ownership of coordination across engineering, product, and DevOps Take on selected people-leadership responsibilities
