Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring for GTM/Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and related teams. Proficient in working with Greenhouse software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Slack and G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar) is ideal.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles. Source, prescreen, and interview candidates. Prepare candidates for interviews and schedule subsequent interviews. Conduct debriefings and manage offer negotiations. Maintain candidate pipelines in Greenhouse. Meet weekly with hiring managers and talent partners to discuss hiring processes.
