Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Track record of optimizing campaigns across the funnel, improving conversion and lowering CPL.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with new or niche ad channels like Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Test and experiment with new platforms such as X, Reddit, and TikTok.
  • Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Develop insights from campaign data and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Continuously A/B test elements to improve conversion.
