Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Test and experiment with new platforms such as X, Reddit, and TikTok. Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, and reporting. Monitor KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Develop insights from campaign data and translate them into actionable improvements. Continuously A/B test elements to improve conversion.
