5+ years of Jira administration experience within a large enterprise environment. Understanding of Atlassian products and their enterprise applications. Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating Atlassian tools into cloud environments. Experience in REST APIs and Web Services. Conceptual and practical understanding of ITIL and CI/CD. Know-how in Active Directory, Linux, Web App, DB Servers. Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical teams. Customer oriented with a good understanding of milestones deliverables and SLAs. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum, is a big plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
